1. ORDERING:
To avoid errors, orders must be placed on our online order forms located on this site. If you need help ordering, a sales rep may be able to help place the order for you. An Estimate will be sent to the email of your choice containing a payment link. Payment through this link or a cash or check receipt by an authorized Lily Ann sales representative initiates the order.
2. CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations of pieces or complete orders will be processed at no charge until the cabinets are assembled. Cancellations on assembled cabinets are subject to a 25% charge plus shipping charges. Full refund of unassembled cabinets will be given on cancellations but any shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. On returns due to cancellation, a shipping label will be provided to the customer. Once we are notified that the shipment is in transit, we will send out replacement pieces.
3. DAMAGES/SHORTAGES/CLAIMS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Damages or shortages must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery and a claim filed with the carrier. Claims for loss or damage on any shipment must not be deducted from our invoice, nor payment of the invoice withheld awaiting adjustment of such claims from us. On returns due to damage, a shipping label will be provided to the customer. Once we are notified that the shipment is in transit, we will send out replacement pieces.
4. FREIGHT CHARGES:
All prices on price sheet do not include freight charges. Prices shown are F.O.B. point of manufacturer. Prepaid minimums will be dictated by location and shipping zone.
5. DISPLAY/MARKETING SUPPORT:
A display discount of 25% will be applied on product approved for showroom displays. There are door samples available for all lines. Please check the price guide. Literature and forms are available upon request.
